Oscar Carravagio Wilder Cassamas
May 2, 1996 - September 29, 2007
I believe cats to be spirits come to earth. A cat, I am sure, could walk on a cloud without coming through. ~Jules Verne
He came to us at 6 weeks old and was with us more than 11 years. He was named after Oscar Wilde (but was more like Oscar Madison), the thief from Corelli's Mandolin and Thornton Wilder. He was big enough for his name. Everyone said he was fat but those who knew him well knew that he had to have enough room for his heart.
